Competency based Learning

Very often we dont realise the skills that we possess. Opening a packet of milk and pouring it into a vessel without dropping a driop of milk on the kitchen platform is also a skill. All actions simple or complex have skills that are to be honed. Uber or Ola mention the number of years of experience that the driver has when you book a cab. Why is this done? Answer is simple – To establish competency of the driver.

I had the opportunity of presenting competency based Learning / Education to a group of academicians on 28th March. Here is a clipping for you to see.
